The Monterey Bay Sail and Power Squadron is located on the "Central Coast" of California and is dedicated to educating the Central Coast boating community in the specifics of "Boating Safety". Our "Boat Smart" course on basic boating safety is available to general public. All our classes are FREE, but there may be a charge for an optional manual for the course. All instructors are unpaid volunteers with years of experience. Other advanced courses are available to all members of the Monterey Bay Sail and Power Squadron.See the following descriptions about the various classes:
